Do You Count On External Hard Drives? Workflow Tip.

Hard drives always fail after time, if you are working on a very tight budget and can afford to run duplicate drives for backup, you should take a very small percaution to insure you will be safe. Every time you buy a new hard drive use a Sharpie marker or a paint marker to put the date on the drive. after about a year you should start looking for a new drive and copy all of your existing date to the new drive. Don’t forget to date the new drive as well.
